Minivan, schminivan! We’ve made fun of them for years, loudly declared that we won’t go there and attempted to shun them through kids, Cub Scouts and countless road trips. Yet they persist. Wellington Toyota Corolla customers will be glad they do when they see the new Toyota Sienna.

The exterior, while refreshed and sleeker than the minivans of the 80s and 90s is still no sports car. But that’s okay; it isn’t trying to be one.

With lots of room in every row and 41 inches of headroom in front and a full 38 inches in the third row, everyone will be quite comfortable. Every seat can move up and back as well, eliminating the scrunched-leg syndrome many adults feel when they ride in the rear.
Then there is a handy feature that allows the third row to be accessed by pushing a button, which then tips up the second row seats and slides them out of the way. The third row seats easily fold flat for storage.
With a very nice interior, the Sienna stops short of luxury in favor of practicality. That’s what we need with kids and pets and all they bring with them. Central climate and audio controls help keep everyone comfortable and happy as well.
Customers of Boynton Beach used cars will find plenty of options with the Toyota Sienna minivan. For instance, you can choose a 3.5-liter V6 with 18 mpg city and 24 mpg highway or a 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine at 19 mpg city and 26 mpg highway.
Even with its size and weight, the Sienna can hold its own in traffic. It is assertive in its progression and offers a smooth, comfortable ride for everyone. While it may not get lots of second glances on the freeway, it will get the thumbs-up from your family.
So lose that mindset that a minivan is not for you and give the Sienna a chance.
