Girl Scout Leaders

I need three suggestions on how to recruit for girl scout leaders?
What has worked for us in my area;
one night, one location “information night” scheduled for the second week after school starts. Flyers are sent to local elementary schools (The flyers are a black/white drawing for the girls to color and bring back with their Mom/Dad and get a prize).
Advertisements are listed in the local paper of the time/location. Announcements are aired on the local radio with information.
Then, once the girls drag their Mom/Dad to this “information” meeting, the parents are shuttled into one room, and the girls are escorted around a great big room with lots and lots of Girl Scout adults and older girls to learn GS songs and games and to collect their prizes. Meanwhile the parents are given “the talk” about how we have some openings, but not enough, and we need dedicated adults to step up. bla bla bla, and they are promised local leader support and mentoring while in training…. We show pictures of what fun stuff we’ve done with our troops, and tell stories of how ‘we’ enjoyed watching ‘other peoples’ daughters do something wonderful for the first time… etc.
