Why did I lose weight after a day of eating a box of girl scout cookies?
I’ve been on a strict low carb diet for months, but I’ve been plateuing and gaining a few pounds for the past 3 weeks. However, I bought some girl scout cookies Monday, and polished them off by Tuesday afternoon. I ate one normal meal both days, and a bowl of frozen yogurt.
I’m not bulimic and I didn’t exercise.
You lost weight because you shocked your body with a completely different approach. The same thing happened to me when I was on weight watchers. Embrace it, and go back to your normal routine. Cheat every once in a while, it works. ..
